Had our first furnace check-up with this company and we were very impressed! Tech didn't mind us staying with him to observe, and we were sent pictures of the whole process. No high pressure sales tactics, and a reasonable price for the inspection and cleaning.
Kettle Moraine is always very responsive and Patrick has been our Tech for awhile now. He cares about his work and he cares about us and our comfort. I trust him and that is everything. They do right by the customer. Customer Service is top notch!!!! Thank you for taking care of us!!

Had an unusual furnace issue exacerbated by my inadvertent clearing of fault codes which resulted in the probable unnecessary replacement of a costly part. Tim, the service manager credited the previous cost to the new correct repair. This is a stand-up company whose default position is great customer service & consideration which is a rarity these days. I highly recommend them. They have earned my trust & respect. Top shelf organization.

They gave me an advanced knowledge of what to expect and how long the installation will last.10/17/2024. I got Jace again for another installation after buying another product from Kettle Moraine Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC. The guys are good, very detailed, organized and the best part is that they completely clean up after themselves. With my suggestion, they trimmed my tree to better place the product. I didn’t think it was part of their job but I was appreciative. I have to mention Ken Jung, the Sales guy. He is very knowledgeable; gave me detailed quote that captured everything. That’s why I chose to go with Kettle Moraine company. A shout out to Jeremy Kangas as well for his understanding and making things happen.

Excellent service for a problem furnace fan motor. Even cleaned out the acorns from the ground squirrels! They gave me options and did not pressure us into a huge sale. I would recommend Kettle Moraine!

Tyler came out today to diagnose a furnace issue. He was clear and concise with our options for both repair and replacement, patiently explained what those options meant and helped us make an informed decision. KM was at our house once this past year replacing an A/C and there's a reason we went with them again.
Paul came out for my Fall check up. It was a great experience through out his visit. He kept me abreast as to what he was doing and pointed out any concerns he had with my system. It was a no pressure, honest service.
I left a less than favorable review yesterday due to the fact the technician did not wear a mask or ask if he should. I have since received a phone call from the owner (Tim) stating that it is now policy to wear a mask if owner requests. Owner should also mask out of courtesy for the tech. I feel this demonstrated good customer service.

Been in our home almost 35 years. Couple months ago, I saw water on the floor under our washing machine. Decided to replace the washer. Went to the basement to look above where the laundry room water supply lines come up through the floor and saw an electrical junction box under the supply lines. Checking the box, there were mineral deposits on the cover, suggesting water leak in the past. Figuring electricity and water don't mix too well, I called KM Heating & A/C's electrical division to have someone come out to move the junction box, as our sump pump is plugged into a socket on the junction box. Josh was out on April 19 to do the repair. He chose to move the box over a foot away from the water supply line and managed to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Wiring was added and new conduit with connectors were put in. Couldn't be happier to know the new junction box won't get wet, spark up, or cause a fire. New box and conduit can be seen in the picture.Update: July 25, 2024 - we have two central air conditioning units that needed to be checked to make sure they were working as they should. I went to our “go-to” crew at Kettle Moraine Heating and Cooling. Brent was assigned to the task. He did a thorough check of both systems and reset a blower motor on one. He arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. We are looking forward to his return in October to do a check on our two furnaces. Thanks, Brent and KM Heating and Cooling.UPDATE: 10/14/2024: In contrast to “global warming”, our part of Wisconsin is now into “global cooling”. To get ready for colder weather, we had KM Heating and Cooling do a check and tuneup of both furnaces. Patrick was the guy who drew the short straw and came out to check the furnaces. The furnaces are six years old and had no servicing done since they were installed. Good thing Patrick checked them over and explained that both furnaces were not delivering the correct gas pressure and those were adjusted to correct pressure. Igniter sensors needed to be cleaned up or those could have failed and the furnace wouldn’t start. It took Patrick about 45 minutes per furnace and ran $268 with tax. With an early and long winter expected this year, it was good money spent to insure heat when we need it. Thanks much, Patrick, and KM Heating and Cooling.

We just had a new furnace and a/c installed by Mike and Joey. They did a great professional looking job! The electrician Josh finished the install with his fine work.
