An excellent service call for a check-up on my furnace! Paul explained things as he was doing them & recommended maintainance repairs with time-line estimates. I will definately be making an appointment with them, to have my AC checked before summer and furnace in a year, too!

Jacob was very pleasant and very professional. He let me know what he was doing and why and answered all my questions. He also wore shoe covers and was very careful to make sure he treated my home with great care. I appreciate that.He did a great job.

Corey was very professional, efficient, honest, and patient when explaining all the details of this installation. Even when we discovered my current water heater tray was badly cracked, Brad (Corey's help) quickly went to retrieve a brand new one. No surprises, which is ALWAYS greatly appreciated. KMHAC previously installed a new furnace and AC - now this water heater - I've got a Kettle Moraine home now! The tech is very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, how it works with the furnace, and where item was in it's lifecycle. He was able to provide estimates on site which helps in the decision process to replace the furnace. He explained what they would do during the replacement. I felt very comfortable with the tech and look forward to working with him on the journey to upgrade my furnace.

I always request Bill B, whom I find to be professional, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable in his field. I consider him to be honest and trustworthy. When he brought the leaking furnace blower unit to my attention, I knew it was an expensive, but true issue. I wanted it fixed immediately before it failed me at an inconvenient time. Bill B didn’t have his own truck; therefore, he didn’t have a replacement. Bill B excused himself & returned to work. He returned within an hour with a newer furnace blower model and completed the job which made me a happy customer!

The Team at Kettle Moraine HVAC were great! Wyatt, Miguel and Scott were super professional and respectful during the installation and Tim did a great job informing me of all my options and ultimately sealed the deal by partnering with Costco. I would recommend them without hesitation for any of your HVAC needs!

Explanations were easy to understand; not too much jargon and not over-simplified. All our questions were answered. I feel confident that if we do have follow-up questions, we can give them a call for help...after all, proper knowledge and maintenance will help our system AND our wallet. We weren't upsold on anything we didn't need.
