Lennox’s Feel the Love™ is a charitable program that gives neighbors and participating Lennox dealers like Kettle Moraine Heating an opportunity to come together, give back, and improve the lives of deserving people in our communities by donating and installing heating and cooling equipment free of charge. Lennox donates the equipment and dealers like us donate our time/materials.
Feel the Love™ 2022 was an extra special year for Kettle Moraine Heating & Air Conditioning. In partnership with Lennox, our team of over 40 volunteers were able to provide new HVAC equipment installations to not one… not two… but THREE incredible and deserving families!
The Callan Family
The Callan family was certainly a deserving recipient. Elizabeth is currently battling cancer and has just completed chemotherapy. Before her diagnosis, Elizabeth was a major financial supporter of their family and has been out on unpaid medical leave. Elizabeth and her husband, Andrew, have two children – a boy and a girl under the age of six. Elizabeth had been volunteering with Irish Dance for children and her son’s cub scout leader before she became ill. Kettle Moraine replaced their 30 year old furnace and lent a helping hand by completing other projects around the home such as yard work, cleaning gutters, and even assembling their children’s new bunk bed!
The Voss Family
The Voss family was another truly deserving recipient of this year’s Feel the Love Program. Diane is a retired juvenile probation officer and advocate. During that time Diane and her husband took in some of the homeless kids that she encountered. Diane currently works three jobs and is a Special Education Middle School Substitute Teacher. Diane’s husband recently had a stroke and suffered a serious fall that has rendered him disabled and now requires 24-hour care that is not covered by insurance. Kettle Moraine replaced their nearly 25 year old furnace and installed a whole-home humidifier courtesy of AprilAire.
The Spuhler Family
Nichole suffered a stroke from a brain bleed in December 2018. Doctors stated she had a less than 5% chance of survival. The Spuhlers are very involved with their church’s youth group and are also involved with the Wounded Warrior Project and We Support the Blue. The Spuhlers had a very old & non-working oil furnace and no air conditioning in their home. Kettle moraine replaced their old oil furnace with a high efficiency gas furnace as well as a central air conditioning system so they could feel the love all year long!
