Kyle arrived promptly at noon, the earliestscheduled time for our a/c tune-ups. He introduced himself and immediately went to work. We found Kyle to be both completely professional and congenial while performing his duties ... deliberate and focused He's a very impressive young man! We are happy to request him to return to our residence for the equipment maintenance on our heating units as well.
Regan and Ryan did fantastic installing our new boiler. These men were knowledgeable and conscious of our home and surroundings. Regan explained all the work done including the new thermostats. Had Kettle Moraine Heating and Air Conditioning out to my townhouse for a furnace check before winter. Also just to make sure it is in working condition because I know it’s old. Brent did an amazing job! He never made me feel pressured to buy a new furnace but did tell me it’s past its prime. He gave me prices for new furnace and AC and we scheduled to have them come out beginning of Dec! Definitely glad I picked them!!
Arrived on time and went over everything that would be done. Laid down floor coverings to reduce any mess. Once installation was complete, they went over the operation of the system. Very satisfied with Craig and the rest of the technicians.

Kyle Youngman performed a furnace tuneup at our Wauwatosa home on 11/14/24; it was our first experience with K M Hvac. I am working on a remodeling project in which I needed my cold air returns rerouted to different walls so that I can remove a pantry. After receiving an estimate, I scheduled an appointment to have the job done. Kevin and Mike from Kettle Moraine Heating and Air came out early in the morning and completed a job quickly and efficiently. They finished faster than I expected and didn’t leave a mess for me to clean up. They were polite and took the time to address any concerns that I had. After inspecting the job that they did, I saw that they completed it in a fashion that shows their years of experience and their level of expertise. As a homeowner, I couldn’t expect more.

An excellent service call for a check-up on my furnace! Paul explained things as he was doing them & recommended maintainance repairs with time-line estimates. I will definately be making an appointment with them, to have my AC checked before summer and furnace in a year, too!
